We believe what goes around comes around. By empowering young designers who want to give back, AIGA creates a more thriving, vibrant and creative community. In turn, this inspires the next generation of creative leaders to pay it forward.
Your Vision - Pour Back Submissions
We're now accepting applicants who want to use design for good. If you have a project that you believe will have a positive impact on your community and you need the funds to kick start your endeavor, then AIGA encourages you to apply.
Projects must be focused on benefitting community in the Pacific Northwest. Examples: How might we re-envision public space? How might we support thriving neighborhoods? How might we enable the next generation of designers to solve real world problems?
Finalists for the grant will have their work featured on the AIGA website this summer and will present their visions at Pour Back's final event. AIGA invites the local design community to attend, as well as a selection committee made up of some of the PNW's most notable designers.

Application Criteria
- You must be a designer
- You must be 18-30 years old
- Complete the Pour Back PDF application
- Submit a written summary describing your design idea, 250 word minimum
- Submit slides of your concepts (designs, photos, sketches, graphics, writings, renderings, etc.)
If awarded the Pour Back Grant, the recipient is required to present their progress back to AIGA within one year of receiving the grant.
