Join Seattle Graphic Artists Guild and AIGA Seattle for this panel discussion by some of our region’s top graphic novel artists and writers as they show you how to create, publish and market the Graphic Novel. The panel will be held at the Seattle Design Center followed by a reception at Fantagraphics Bookstore in Georgetown.

  • Writing-structure, how to write a graphic novel, what tools you need to market your ideas.
  • Artwork-developing a story board, what to consider ahead of time, existing guidelines, example of good & bad layouts.
  • Publishing & Marketing-establishing business, marketing, and production plans, how publishing is changing.
