Being a Catalyst for Change: The New Expectations for Design Leadership

The turbulent environment we design in is now changing faster and more dramatically than ever before. Mastering change is the most critical part of leadership today. Organizations need our help as Designers to generate strategy that accommodates the forces of change and breaks through the internal resistance to it. With more business leaders embracing the need for creativity and "Design Thinking" in setting organizational strategy, Designers now have the opportunity to step up and make big contributions that go way beyond just problem solving. In this presentation you will learn how can you become a catalyst for change and create the conditions that allow your teams to do great design work that makes a difference.
