Jen Lemmer

For the past 11 months Jen has co-chaired AIGA Seattle's Design Camp 2004. Jen first participated in Design Camp while being a member of AIGA/MN. In 1997 she co-chaired the reviewers sub-committee for AIGA/MN?s Portfolio One-on-One. She also co-founded, and served one term as president, for a grass-roots organization at the College of Visual Arts called, Design Group, a precursor to the adoption of an AIGA student chapter at the college. While president she planned and organized monthly events and lectures to promote critical discussion on design for the college and local arts community.

In 2000, Jen moved to Seattle and began working for Pacific Coast Feather Company, where she continues to work today. She designs branded and private label packaging, signage and point of purchase materials which are sold to a variety of retail customers including Bed, Bath & Beyond; Saks; JC Penney; Kohls; Sears; Fred Meyer and Costco.

From 1998-2000 she worked as the Designer and Packaging Manager for Trek Bicycle Corporation. There she lead the development and design of packaging for: Trek, Gary Fisher, Klein, Bontrager, LeMond, Icon, Wrench Force, and Rolf Wheels. Prior to working at Trek, Jen freelanced at Target and as the Assistant Art Director for the Utne Reader.
