About AIGA / The Seattle Chapter Board

Marty Hall
President

Marty has been on the AIGA Seattle Board for three years as the Website Director. He has also been on the planning committees for Currents 8, The House Industries Lecture, and Design Camp 2004. He has attended the AIGA National Board retreats in 2002 (Seattle, WA) and 2003 (Austin, TX).

In 2001 Marty, formed Marty Hall International, to facilitate freelance projects for local companies and design firms. His clients include Methodologie, Fluent Communications, Ascentium, Frequency, Foundation, ZAAZ, Pop Multimedia, Microsoft, Kendall Ross, tmarks design, and Short Stories.

Prior to forming MHI, Marty worked as a UI designer for Nimble Technology defining and documenting user interface for Windows and web applications. Previous to his work at Nimble, as a staff designer at MAGIĘ Group Inc., he conceptualized and implemented designs for both web and CD interactive projects for clients including Photodisc, Nintendo, Avista Corporation, goodthings.com, Wizards of the Coast and Quintessant. Marty has also taught a course in Flash design at the School of Visual Concepts
