Mark is new to the AIGA board. After attending and volunteering at local events for the last 3 years, he'd like to contribute to the Seattle chapter by keeping it accessible to new volunteers.

His education in design began in the back room of a Seattle tattoo parlor, printing teeshirts for touring local bands and snowboard companies. Hands-on exposure to some of the best local design work inspired him to become a graphic designer.

He now works at GA Creative designing print and electronic media for clients such as Microsoft, PacLease, Bellevue Schools Foundation and others. He credits the Seattle AIGA chapter's educational outreach as a key factor in helping him make a successful career change.
